It is now a tradition. Every year I decide to shoot a wedding entirely with a 35 mm and publish it completely in black and white. This time to do so I chose Ana and Yonathan’s wedding at the beautiful Casale Doria Pamphilj. Theirs was an incredibly fun day, full of traditions, wild guests, laughter and lots of emotions.
The one between them was not only the union of two souls but it was the union of two cultures, Ana’s Albanian and Jonathan’s Israeli. A wedding at Casale Doria Pamphilj, thanks to its intimate setting and the many cuts of light, was the ideal opportunity to tell the story of a day from one perspective and always from very close up. My intention was that those who would then look at the photos would immediately find themselves catapulted inside the party, and to bring out all the emotions, I decided for once, to eliminate the distraction of color.
I adored Ana and Yonathan from the first moment. Besides being two beautiful guys, they are two really special people: sunny, funny, spontaneous and a little bit crazy. My ideal clients in short! Now, however, it’s time to dive into their wedding at Casale Doria Pamphilj and get drunk with emotions together with them!
